Energy Solutions is Link Logistics’ comprehensive energy and utility management program. Through Energy Solutions, our team of in-house energy, utility and sustainability experts manage utility billing and administration as an extension of your team. By enrolling in Energy Solutions, you will benefit from:

• Direct access to a dedicated team of energy and utility experts who analyze your energy consumption and help you save money
• A personalized energy and utility analytics dashboard, easily accessible within the Link+ platform
• Cash flow benefit associated with the return of your utility account security deposit and improved budget stability (where available)

Energy Solutions allows Link and our customers to reach sustainability and cost reduction goals that would be unachievable independently. Through the program, our team can recommend energy-efficient solutions and negotiate supply rates in some markets.

Once your utility account(s) are transferred into Link’s name, enrollment is complete, and you will begin receiving monthly invoices with your utility expenses from Link (with back-up copies of the utility bill). These invoices can be paid through your current payment arrangement (i.e., Electronic Funds Transfer – EFT). Enrolling into Energy Solutions will automatically close your account with the utility and generate a final bill, without interrupting your services. At this time, if a security deposit is on file with the utility, it will be returned per their standard process.
