Environmental

Accelerated efforts toward a sustainable future
Link leverages our scale to set ambitious environmental goals. As the largest last-mile logistics provider in the U.S., we recognize that our reach extends far beyond our warehouses. We want to use our position, ideas and influence to design solutions, invite dialogue and drive progress in the industry.
In addition to prioritizing our own energy efficiency, we invest in innovative partnerships and pursue bold initiatives to facilitate our customers’ transitions into a low-carbon economy, address climate change, pursue environmental justice and improve health equity.

Social

Investing in our collective health and well-being
We promote a culture of care that puts people’s health and well-being at the center of everything we do — across our teams and in the communities where
we work and live. These commitments align with who we are and how we do business.

People powered

Every day our talented people demonstrate their dedication, commitment and resilience to our clients and stakeholders. Link endeavors to empower them by creating a healthy, diverse and equitable environment, and providing the support and resources they need to feel valued and do their best work.

Sustainable Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

DEI is foundational for the health of our people and organization. We aim to create a diverse culture where every voice is valued and to foster a sense of belonging and connectedness for every employee. To help us achieve this, we formed a grassroots DEI Committee. With their guidance, Link officially launched its DEI Program in 2021 — focusing on recruitment, our culture and community impact. By taking the time to examine DEI through the right lens, we are creating sustainable, impactful DEI initiatives that align with the greater good.

Empowering women to ASCEND

We created the ASCEND women’s empowerment network in 2021 to support women at Link through mentorship, community and educational events. Link provides ongoing support, inspiration and opportunities to connect, share, learn and lead.

Caring for communities

One of our core values is giving back to our customers and communities. We believe it is our responsibility to respond to the needs and priorities of our customers and communities at the local level in order to positively impact their quality of life.

Sharing space for social impact

To support mission-driven groups, Link donates safe and secure short-term warehouse space. We invite charities, nonprofits and philanthropic organizations across the country to utilize our warehouse space to aid in the critical work they do.

Volunteer support

Through initiatives like CoreGiving Day, we combine our passion and resources to make a difference. We provide eight hours of paid volunteer time for every employee each year and in 2021, 400+ Link team members volunteered to support CoreGiving’s mission to fight childhood hunger.

Governance

Now, not later
At Link, our governance is rooted in accountability and transparency. In collaboration with Link’s Board of Directors, we create clearly defined goals
and commitments that help us maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity, make informed decisions, and appropriately monitor performance and compliance.
