Benjamin Hernandez

Benjamin (“Ben”) is Link Logistics’ senior vice president, Business Transformation Office, specializing in driving organizational change and project execution to unlock new market opportunities for the firm. He focuses on enhancing employee efficiency through intelligent process design and introduces technology solutions to enhance the firm’s customer experience.  ​

Prior to joining Link in 2022, Ben served as global senior vice president of cybersecurity at JLL. He also led the global technology PMO under the firm’s chief technology officer. He was also senior director of the infrastructure PMO at CNA Insurance, where he managed $30 to $40 million in capital projects annually.  ​

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago. Ben lives with his wife and daughter in Chicago and outside of work enjoys sports, travel, reading and riding his motorcycle.
