Britton T. Winterer
Chief Development Officer
Britton (“Britt”) is Link Logistics’ chief development officer, responsible for driving the company’s growth and success through strategic development initiatives. His responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of activities that are integral to the company’s development strategy and investment decisions.
Prior to joining Link’s predecessor company, Gramercy Property Trust, in October 2014, he oversaw development for RREEF. Over the course of his roles at Catellus Development and its subsequent company, Prologis, he developed over 10 million square feet. He has delivered more than $10 billion of assets in total throughout his career.
Britt received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Williams College and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. In his free time, he enjoys being a muse to his painter wife, Rosy, and a personal chef and alpine touring guide to his teenage son.
