George D. Auerbach
Managing Director, Capital Markets
George is Link Logistics’ managing director of Capital Markets, leading teams that analyze and communicate financial and operating trends to senior executives and capital partners. He also co-leads the firm’s enterprise reporting group in partnership with the Technology team.
Prior to joining Link in 2020, George was director of real estate research at specialized investment manager Pretium Partners. In this role, he led a research team covering real estate (primarily single-family rentals), mortgage finance and corporate debt. Before that, he spent more than 10 years in REIT equity research at Credit Suisse, ISI Group and Merrill Lynch with a focus on the industrial, office and data sectors.
George earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Washington and Lee University. He lives in Westchester County, New York, with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, George enjoys listening to music, reading, running and spending time with his family.
