Jim W. Van Sickle

Jim is Link Logistics’ managing director of Construction and Enterprise Procurement, responsible for construction operations and enterprise procurement across the firm’s existing assets. ​

Previously, he served as the senior vice president of construction for both Indcor and GLP from 2013 until GLP was purchased in 2019 by Link. While at Indcor and GLP, he oversaw all construction in both existing assets and new ground-up construction. Prior to joining Indcor, Jim served as vice president of development at Aimco, where he led the Northwest redevelopment sector, and before that he was vice president at Catellus Development, where he supervised all construction operations. ​

Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Long Beach State University and holds a California Contractors State License. When not working, he enjoys racing karts, riding mountain bikes, surfing and camping with family and friends.
