Shannon Jensen

Prior to joining Link, Shannon served as senior vice president, associate general counsel at Realty Income Corporation, an S&P 500 company that invests in diversified real estate across the U.S. and Europe. During her 11 years at the firm, she acted as lead attorney on the company’s strategic initiatives, explored growth opportunities within new markets and internationally, managed a large legal team that handled acquisitions, leasing, financings, developments and the corporate functions of the company, and served as a member of the risk committee. She also worked in private practice for 12 years at global law firm Latham & Watkins in their corporate and finance departments, where she addressed complex legal issues that arise from owning, managing and financing large commercial real estate portfolios.

Shannon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. She is an active member of the State Bar of California, Real Property Law Section and San Diego County Bar Association. She has previously served as a board member of Junior Achievement of San Diego County and Monarch School Project, which serve youth and their families in San Diego, California. Shannon and her husband have three daughters. In her free time, Shannon enjoys newborn photography, skiing and traveling with her family.
