Bud Pharris, senior managing director, West Region, was recognized by the Los Angeles Times as an Orange County Visionary.
Each year, the publication highlights Orange County professionals who exemplify exceptional leadership qualities within their industries and organizations. According to the publication, this year’s Commercial Real Estate honorees “are driving transformative growth, shaping cities and reimagining the future of urban development. Their bold approaches and innovative solutions are creating sustainable, dynamic spaces that not only meet market demands but also enhance communities, fostering long-term economic success and environmental responsibility.”
In addition to his career achievements, Bud was also recognized for his community work. He currently serves as the Men’s Committee Chair for the Orange County chapter of Childhelp—an organization founded on the objective of supporting the physical, emotional, educational and spiritual needs of abused, neglected and at-risk children. Bud is also passionate about mentoring the next generation, whether by helping them launch careers or sharing advice.
“I truly enjoy giving back and helping younger people get the same kind of help I received from mentors early in my career,” he said. “Making a difference in young people’s lives is hugely gratifying.”
