Our largest markets by square footage include Southern California (48 MSF), Atlanta (40 MSF), Dallas-Fort Worth (34 MSF), Chicago (30 MSF), Northern California (28 MSF), the Carolinas (20 MSF), Central Florida (18 MSF), Indianapolis (18 MSF), South Florida (17 MSF) and Pennsylvania’s I-78/I-81 Corridor (16 MSF).

Our top industries by occupied square footage are logistics and delivery (20.16%), business services (16.05%), manufacturing (13.70%), consumer discretionary (8.54%), food and beverage (7.56%), retail (7.17%), construction (7.09%), healthcare (4.77%), auto (4.30%) and e-commerce (3.84%).
