Grace Beaudin
VP, Social Impact
Grace is Link Logistics’ vice president of Social Impact, responsible for leading the team to foster employee-led organic philanthropy and build a more inclusive and equitable culture across the company.
Prior to joining Link Logistics in 2022, Grace was senior product manager for community development, where she focused on development and donation programs. She played a central role in launching Amazon’s first employee donation matching program and managing the company’s partnerships with a range of nonprofit organizations. Prior to that, she was a corporate responsibility specialist at Hilton Worldwide with a focus on growing employee engagement through philanthropic initiatives and sustainability efforts.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Economics, Peace and Justice from the University of San Diego. She also earned a certification for Inclusion and Diversity from the Yale School of Management. Grace lives in Seattle and donates time outside of work as a nonprofit consultant and volunteer for Senior Citizens Meal Delivery program. She enjoys outdoor recreation activities and spending time with family.
